The Erasmus Student Network (ESN) has conducted the largest research on the impact of the COVID-19 virus outbreak on student exchanges in Europe. By now, it is clear that the COVID-19 virus has had such an effect that it disrupts many aspects of our societies in Europe, and even worldwide. One group facing big problems is international students whose studies have in many cases been canceled, interrupted, or delayed, which was discussed during a webinar with the European Commission on March 20, 2020.
